Product Details
Shooting Stars is one of those eggplants that instantly grabs your attention — a glossy lavender skin brushed with creamy white streaks, like someone hand-painted every fruit just to show off. It’s an early, productive variety that doesn’t sulk in cooler summers, putting out clusters of slim, tender eggplants you can harvest young for melt-in-your-mouth texture or let size up without turning tough or seedy. The plants stay naturally compact, which makes them genuinely great for container growing on patios or tight garden spaces, yet they still pump out fruit like they’re feeding the whole neighbourhood. The flavour is wonderfully mild and creamy, perfect for roasting, grilling, stir-fries, or any simple weeknight dish where you actually want the eggplant to taste good.
