Product Details

Redbor kale is a show-stopping purple‑red curly kale that brings bold color and robust flavor to any garden. The leaves are deeply frilled, tender yet hearty, and pack a rich, slightly sweet and earthy taste that holds up beautifully in sautés, soups, or fresh salads. It’s extremely cold-hardy, often improving in flavor after a frost, and the plants are vigorous and reliable, producing a steady supply of edible leaves all season long. Compact enough to fit in larger beds or containers, Redbor kale adds both dramatic visual appeal and nutritious, versatile greens (or reds) to your harvest!
