Product Details

Raspberry Dressing Rumex is an attractive leafy green grown for its vivid colour and refreshing flavour. The narrow leaves emerge in deep green with prominent raspberry red veins that stand out beautifully in the garden and kitchen. The taste is bright and tangy with a mild sorrel like bite, making it excellent for fresh salads, mixed greens, and garnishes. It's flavour falls somewhere between spinach and chard, with a refreshing tang. Plants grow in a tidy clump and do well in garden beds or containers with regular moisture and full sun to partial shade. Harvest young for tender leaves or let the plant size up for stronger flavour and visual impact. A reliable easy crop that brings both colour and zip to your harvest.
