Product Details

Peppermint Stick celery is a true garden showpiece: its stalks are striped with candy‑pink and pale green, creating a delightfully flashy look that stands out in any bed or salad bowl. But it’s not just pretty — the flavor is rich and full-bodied, with classic celery crunch and a sweet, slightly spicy finish that makes both raw snacking and cooked dishes taste elevated. This heirloom variety is slow to bolt, giving you a long harvest window, and it stays colorful even when cooked. Mature plants can reach a good height (many sources say 14–25″ stalks) , and it typically takes 80–85 days to mature under good conditions. It needs consistent moisture, rich soil, and patience to get it going, but once it’s growing, you’ll be rewarded with stalks and leaves that work beautifully in salads, soups, slaws, stir‑fries — or even as a colorful garnish.
