Product Details

Malbec Red carrots are deep burgundy beauties that bring both color and flavor to the garden. They grow straight, smooth roots with a crisp, sweet bite that’s perfect raw, roasted, or steamed. These carrots are easygoing in the garden, thriving in loose, well-drained soil with steady moisture, and they mature reliably in about 70–75 days. Their striking red-purple hue makes them a standout in salads, roasted veggie medleys, or just pulled fresh from the soil, and they hold well if left in the ground a little longer. With dependable growth, vibrant color, and classic carrot sweetness, Malbec Red is a variety that’s as fun to grow as it is to eat.
