Product Details
Konan F1 Kohlrabi is a compact, upright hybrid that really delivers — the pale green, smooth-globe bulbs stay crisp and firm all the way up to softball size, with sweet, mild flesh that’s perfect raw in slaws or lightly cooked in stir-fries. It’s an All-America Selections winner with very erect foliage that resists insect damage and makes harvesting easy, even in tight garden beds or containers. Mature in as little as 45–55 days depending on the source. The white flesh stays dense and crunchy — not pithy or soft — and the leaves are also edible, making the whole plant useful. According to Norseco, it has “superb flavour and nice internal structure” and is one of the sweetest and most tender in their kohlrabi selection. Its slim, upright stems also make it easy to bunch, and that same structure means it’s not a sprawling bruiser — it’s garden- and container-friendly.
