Product Details

Graffiti cauliflower is a stunning, deep purple variety that produces firm, dense heads bursting with sweet, nutty, classic cauliflower flavor. Unlike other colored varieties, Graffiti holds its rich purple hue from garden to plate, giving your harvest a dramatic pop without fading. The plants are vigorous and reliable, maturing in roughly 75–85 days depending on growing conditions, and continue producing uniform, tightly packed curds that stay tender whether roasted, steamed, or sautéed. Easy to grow in a range of soils and cool-season conditions, Graffiti combines bold color, dependable growth, and delicious flavor, making it a standout addition to any home garden or kitchen.
