Product Details
Dinosaur kale, also known as Lacinato kale, is a striking dark‑green, deeply textured variety with long, narrow, bumpy leaves that practically beg to be eaten. The flavor is rich and earthy with a hint of sweetness, tender enough for salads but hearty enough to hold up in sautés, soups, or roasted dishes. Extremely cold-hardy and slow to bolt, these plants are easy to grow in garden beds or large containers, producing a steady supply of nutritious, flavorful leaves throughout the season. Dinosaur kale adds both visual drama and dependable taste to any harvest.
