Product Details
Cheddar cauliflower is a showstopper in the garden and on the plate, with dense, bright orange heads that bring a naturally sweet, nutty flavor far beyond ordinary white varieties. Its firm, compact curds hold together beautifully for roasting, steaming, or sautéing, and the vibrant color stays striking even after cooking, adding instant visual appeal to any meal. The plants are vigorous and reliable, maturing in about 70–80 days, and they tolerate cooler weather while producing consistently large, uniform heads. Easy to grow and exceptionally flavorful, Cheddar cauliflower is perfect for gardeners who want a crop that’s as bold in taste as it is in appearance, making it a standout in both the garden and the kitchen.
