Product Details
Red Russian Organic kale is a tender, slow-growing variety with delicate, flat, fringed leaves tinged with purple and pink stems, bringing a subtle sweetness and mild, earthy flavor that’s perfect raw in salads or lightly sautéed. Its soft texture makes it easier to chew than many curly kales, and it holds up well in soups, stews, and smoothies. Extremely cold-hardy and easy to grow, Red Russian thrives in both garden beds and containers, producing a reliable harvest of nutritious, vibrant greens that continue to supply your kitchen throughout the season.
