Product Details

Snow Crown is a super reliable, early cauliflower variety that produces smooth, pure‑white, semi‑domed heads about 7–8 inches wide (1–2 lb) with a mild, sweet flavor that’s perfect whether you steam, roast, or slice it raw. It matures quickly — many sources say around 55 days from transplant. One of the best things about it: once the heads are ready, they hang tight in the garden for up to 10 days without losing quality. The plants are vigorous, grow well in cool weather, and handle a bit of heat or frost, giving you flexibility in spring or fall plantings.
