Product Details

Dragon’s Fire arugula is a rare wild rocket prized for its deep green, oak-shaped leaves slashed with vivid magenta veins, giving every harvest a naturally dramatic, chef-ready finish. It grows with dependable vigor and uniformity, producing quick baby leaves in roughly 45–55 days and thriving in cut-and-come-again systems or microgreen production. The flavor opens with classic arugula pepper, then rounds into a subtle smoky, nutty complexity that lifts everything from raw salads and sandwiches to lightly warmed bowls and last-minute sautés. Edible flowers add an elegant nutty accent, making the entire plant usable from root to tip. Its signature coloration holds beautifully under kitchen lights and market displays, creating instant visual identity while delivering the culinary depth chefs expect. Open-pollinated, reliable, and economical in seed density, Dragon’s Fire offers exceptional versatility and repeat value for growers and restaurants alike, making it one of the most distinctive and profitable specialty arugula varieties available.
